Great program going on at the UT Baker Center on the 19th Amendment. Stephanie Slater, law clerk to COA Judge McClarty and grad, & Professor Joan Hemingway do well on Constitution Day. 🇺🇸

New lawyers in Tn will now pledge to act with honesty, fairness, integrity, and civility to the best of their skill and abilities. Ck out the new attorney oath in S.C. Rule 6 section 4. It’s a good change.

This is a BIG deal in forensics. It used to be that you couldn't get a DNA profile from hair without a follicle. This scientist found a way to do it. That means : a FAR GREATER INCENTIVE for police to collect "abandoned" genetic samples. & you've got zero protection from that.
