Sometimes, though this is definitely the weakest area of my system. Usually this code folder is for quick experiments. I also keep a completely separate folder outside of this file system for locally hosted projects connected to github

I feel very very very satisfied with this structure. It's been refined over and over, but now this is my default go-to and I never have any organizational issues that come up.

I keep it the same from start to finish. I don't give client edit permissions unless I'm specifically collaborating with designers etc. then I make sure everyone follows the naming structure. The final handoff is literally a copied link to all of the project specific files.

I designed this font 3 years ago and never released it. For context, it was originally designed for a cycling team to have the riders' names printed on custom decals that could go on the top tube of the bike... What should I name the font?
