Getting a hard-fought accessibility win is nice. But even nicer is seeing a co-worker doing good accessibility work without you having to ask (much less fight) for it.

BTW people I tagged, are you on the game accessibility SIG discord? Going to go on a recruitment drive for it soon, there's more than enough people working in game a11y part/full time/independent now that a dedicated place to chat would be handy

If you point out an access issue, and the response starts with 'unfortunately', you know you have a fight on your hands. If it starts with 'It's obvious now you mention it', you'll probably get a result without a struggle.
