Webdevs: what's your goto library nowadays for creating tooltips that active on a hover-state? I still like Bootstrap's original implementation, but I'm currently using Tailwind & mixing CSS frameworks seems like a world of pain.

Fair point. I’d be especially curious to learn how it holds up in shared environments (1 master, multiple pools running under separate users). Would the 1-master-per-site design still be necessary in PHP 8?

People are congratulating me on PHP 8. That is completely misdirected. and have been the driving forces behind PHP for years now. Countless others pitch in regularly as well. PHP 8 is significantly better because it contains a lot less of my code.
