I split screened shots from Leni Riefenstahl's 1935 Nazi propaganda film, Triumph of Will, with ’s video of his return from the hospital. Not sure if this was intentional, but it's eerily similar. His media team looking to history for inspiration, perhaps?

Worth mentioning that these are a collection of shots from Triumph of the Will. Meaning, the 's film is playing out in real-time. But the shots on the right are scattered throughout the first ten minutes of the two-hour-long propoganda film.

When Trump walked through Lafayette Square, I instantly thought of Triumph Of the Will.

Yours is better but mine doesn't make you want to hide gold coins in your socks and head for the Swiss border. Also, I have classier music.

I do like the music in your video significantly more! Sadly, the nation's socks are empty right now...

It’s my belief that Trump is “America’s Hitler” — his dehumanization of people around the world (kids in cages to white supremacy); his willingness to repeat a lie; his rallies; his reliance on propaganda/state-run style of Fox News; his cruelty; and so on and so forth.

As a film editor (and German😬) I can confidently say this is 100% intentional.
