I thought that’s what Hand Off was supposed to do, but maybe it doesn’t work with true AirPlay 2 until the HomePodOS is available. I’ll look into it

In general Shortcuts is installed on the system level so now actions are like extensions from the app. There may be memory limitations but in theory any function in apps can be added to Shortcuts and run without opening the app
