I've now seen this feedback several times on my timeline and I've had the misfortune to use it myself. How it passed usability tests is beyond me. Another . Please fix - and better still introduce e-ticketing (pssst, it's 2018).

Overcrowded and now 10+ min late departure from due to a "rostering issue". Another typical experience. can you pls find someone competent next time to run the franchise?

Over 10 mins late and dangerously overcrowded train at to Taunton. 2 carriages.. just *2* carriages to carry hundreds of commuters at peak time. cc

That's an oversight, imo. In my case, I'd need two buses (from what I can make out) because of the way the route is designed. Paying 2x (or even more for a day ticket) is far from ideal. Shame you didn't learn from with this.
