Well, I learned something. I always thought the word meant to wipe out basically everyone or everything in one's path, but thinking about the word, it makes sense it means 10 percent.

Our univ once had a Dean of Science who was a 'frequentist' statistician. I told him some of us members of the math dept were holding secret Bayesian seminars. He said he was going to send out the campus cops to raid our seminars.
