: NH3 byproduct of glycine metabolism -> can get ACUTE hyperammonemia, can be deadly; consider CVVH in glycine toxicity

: Glycine used in TURP irrigation. Glycine toxicity often the cause of seizure in this setting more so than Na/osm problem
