Worked nonstop this weekend to launch website! I'm raising money to continue representing the diverse community of people in STEM and to give grants and awards to people doing incredible work for inclusion and community-centered outreach.

Having at least one 8 hour jetlagged visitor every month or so really refines your technique 😂

Ok awesome. Maybe these were old comments - it was stuff I came across when I read the book. Tempted!

Ok hold up. Should I actually watch this now? Neil Gaiman was so no-homo when he talked about the book that I was tentative about the adaptation.

Oh and keep something plain and filling like crackers by your bed for the first night or two so you can sort out the nighttime hunger without waking up too much. I literally have a starter kit for all my jetlagged arrivals now 😂

Also timing your daylight - so morning and evening walks are really good! Best of luck. Jetlag is a beast!

Daylight and meals are the winning combo. I've seen some people say not to eat for ages and then get on to destination mealtimes - I do the opposite. I eat constantly in transit (kill that nighttime hunger) and then move to destination mealtimes/hours. No naps!

I'm so excited that Superior by is finally out, and sad but not surprised that she's getting abuse from certain demographics for it. Now I just need to find time to read it, but in the meantime here's a great review from :

We're willing to shout that women deserve better in so many areas, yet women I love & respect have recounted some truly depressing yet consensual sexual encounters to me. This isn't just about straight men doing better, it's about a healthy sex life being a natural conversation!

Writing this piece, and the personal conversations it generated, alternately shocked me and made me sad to my bones. Sex should mean everyone involved is having a good time! This is VITAL. LET'S TALK

Are you a woman who has sex? Or are you a person who has sex with women? Or... do you know any women who have sex??? (Aka this should be required reading for all humans). An awesome piece about the pleasure gap from via
