Yep. I’ve recently told some expensive industries (Law & HVAC) to dominate custom intent rather than play the search game. Would love to see hard data around that strategey though… A $100 search click or a good cheap Youtube ad? I know what I want!

Yeah… Have you tested the same thing in custom affinity and custom intent before? Results aren’t the same… lol. I usually don’t jump on the “Money Grab” bandwagon… But idk what else this would be…

I’m sure he’s typing it up. But basicially, by seperating it out, you can see the total impact of your YouTube ads without having search or shopping etc steal all the credit… If I’m remembering correctly.

On a side note I had a coworker that would always use jokes in copy hiding the answer below the ... He swore that all the expands helped with relevancy score and improved performance. He didn’t have a case study on it tho lol
