Isnt't that built-in MacOS since Mohave? There option to gather all windows and they become tabs eg in GitX app.

Oh you asked my use case. It's and pure js/web stack so rust won't help me much unless i go way :)

Any blog posts of twitter threads on that? uses TypeScript to compile to WebGL1/2/JS.

No just WebGL1. I should write some test cases comparing WebGL1/2 and WebGPU.

Next gen use aka matching Safari 3d performance with Chrome/FF ;) I still hit usecases in Safari like heavy instancing or post processing where UI drops to 5fps and droping mouse events despite render loop running seemingly at 30fps+. No issues in Ch/FF

Well.. DevUX of string replacement on steroids to run backwards compatible on WebGL will also hurt. Or it end up like with WebGL2 shader toys "use chrome"/"upgrade computer"..

How is that different from current GLSL to SPIRV lib used all over the place already for WebGPU examples?

I don't think it's code issue. Just newest Canary is broken. Google Chrome Dev 81.0.4040.5 works fine!

PEX will never be able to compete with three.js in terms of docs and community.. I wish i heard more about these days. It used to be my fav lib long time ago. Good to know and are rocking together at

This allows me to do things like this refraction shader where whole scene is done in PEX-Renderer and then I reuse depth and colors buffers to render glass in a separate pass with custom shader. We should support that level of flexibility out of the box but we are not there yet.

Nodes are library agnostic (you can use d3, three.js, even Babylon.js) so there is no hard ties between the two. Just both PEX set of libraries and Nodes are developed in-house so I use what I'm most familiar with and can modify/hack.

Thanks for the info, i was looking at Blink bug tracker and gpuweb github but couln't find anything. Time to apply "let's break Chrome autoupdate process" hack on my machine...

eh.. i was just working on it week ago or two. Chrome Canary 81.0.4014.0 was fine but I can confirm that newest 81.0.4044.4 has no navigator.gpu object :/

I like to think about data as a place.Somewhere I can visit, observe and look around. Even have a slide in few of my talks It used to be more of an intuition, now i can see similarities to your metaphor, free interaction and adaptability of representation

What machine are you running? I have failed both CPU and GPU examples on my MBP from 2017 (black screen or some broken tris).

More refractions. Low res, low fps GIF as there is too much happening to keep it at reasonable video size otherwise.

Umm ... it's in Chrome Canary for Mac for like 6 months now.. Have you enabled enable-unsafe-webgpu flag?
