this is awesome, I use that same controller for playing out and I learned a ton about USB, but oh my god I have a beat up microphone sitting on my desk and I will mail it to you right now if you promise to use it for future recordings

The problem here was that I had misplaced the pop filter foam for my lavalier (I found it now), and had a gain issue... I do have better mics but I'm too lazy to use them on a mic stand for streams :p

Huh... I tried to watch some of the DJ controller steam the other day, and YouTube said something like "the recording of the live event is not available"... I was going to ask if I was in the wrong place, but today they work 😊

Learned a bunch and finally was able to buy a @openvizsla since i missed out on the Kickstarter back in the day. Totally worth it. Please do more of these streams!

Thanks for recording these streams, great stuff. I’m working on an embedded system that will use an SDR and the idea of using something a la Wireshark to record USB traffic hadn’t occurred to me. My approach thus far has been to try to port the PC C++ driver, which isn’t trivial.
