There’s a nursing home in Virginia where upwards of 60 patients have been diagnosed with . The staff is refusing to come to work (they even tried offering bonuses), so the nursing home is now looking to temp agencies to manage a pandemic.

5 years ago I cut my CEO pay from $1.1M to $70k so I could pay all my employees at least $70k. That's not good enough anymore. Today I cut my pay to $0. I'm committed to laying off 0 of our employees. It's not much but it's what I can do. We'll get through this together.

We're devastated by the death of Kious Kelly, a nurse manager at Mt. Sinai West, to coronavirus. He and other medical staff show up every day to save lives. Tragically he lost his own doing so. We can't thank our health care professionals enough for their selflessness & bravery
