And it sucks, because you might see someone is hurting, or struggling with something, but you have to carry on working like all is normal. Yes, If you see someone physically hurt, or a danger to others, you tell someone... but short of that 🤐. 8/

Because we’re around each other 50-70+hrs a week, for months on end... we can pick up on when someone might be going through something. We might even overhear a convo... but because of that unspoken rule, we don’t reach out. 7/
