Firefox is working properly. The "unintended behavior" is that the Twitter devs only ever tested whether the cache is kept in Chrome after using a non-standard Chrome-specific way to have the cache wipe itself. Basically the "our page works best! in IE6!" of 2020

What people think happened: dev1: hey dev2 most people use chrome right dev2: ya why dev1: ok deployment done, let's go for beers. What really happened project manager: we got a deadline get this done dev1 and 2: but cache testing on other browsers, pm: nah chrome is fine deploy.

Agreed! I seriously hate how a lot of Web developers only test in Chromium, as Google Chrome is basically the modern-day Internet Explorer.
