Going through cabinet confirmation votes. In 2001, no Bush appointee got fewer than 58 yes votes. In 2009, no Obama appointee got fewer than 65 YES votes. Both years, many confirmed on voice vote. In 2017, 8 Trump appointees got fewer than 60 votes.
