Just published the first alpha version of Hyperbee, an full btree running on a Hypercore. Allows for queries with sorted iteration on a sparse Hypercore. Very exciting first step 🐝

If you interested, consider reading more about Jan Gehl, a Danish urban planner/architect, who's been pushing this exact point his entire career. Was very instrumental in making CPH a somewhat people/bike-friendly city vs car friendly.

Nothing stops you from loading 10’s of MBS of ES2020, with a wildly contextual grammar and extremely complicated parsing, causing your browser to stall for 100s of ms, while you can just load 4kb of unambiguous, straight forward WASM, without having to resort to async loading
