Ma'am, thank you for the workshop and your time. But the .vmdk file for virtual box is giving grub rescue error and .ova file for VMware has been removed or I am not able to download. Could you please guide me ?

I need more explanation on what you mean by you can't download the OVA file because myself and others are able too, but I just fixed the VirtualBox VM. If you follow the link on the workshop it should now download a new one that unzips successfully.

Of course. You probably want to start with pre-reqs like learning Java and building a first Android app, but there's no reason you can't learn it if you're willing to put the work in.
