It would be really great if you could file a feedback with some information around the issue(s) you’ve encountered. Even just an instrument trace would be great and would help us improve the framework. Thank you in advanced for your time.

That’s a good idea too! A just to be clear this was not to say that I don’t feel just like you every single day.

Have you tried keeping a daily log? I also log code reviews, radar investigations, meetings I’ve attended and more intangible contributions. It helps me with the general scattered brain feeling of these last months and visualize my contribution.

Nothing stands out as wrong in your snippet. If you filed a feedback: first of all, thank you for taking the time for doing that and, second, could you give me the FB number you've got for it?

It’s when Mutiny acquires SwapMeet and they need to integrate their C++ codebase.

No, unfortunately it's not currently available. Is there anything that I can help clarify?

One of the interesting dimension for hypocognition is emotion. Beautiful examples are 甘え which has no linguistic equivalence in non-Japanese culture or the difference between between "ti voglio bene" and "ti amo" in Italian which, I don't think, is expressible in English.

I think the real point is that intuition doesn’t come naturally (and that’s probably the reason why it is decaying in you). Or at least that is always been one of my gripes with OO.

In the process of learning a new language, which often mean a much deeper introspection and understanding of the languages we already know, I find very interesting the idea of hypocognition

`.placeholder` is the only redaction reason we are providing. It is meant mostly for widget placeholder, in fact, WidgetKit will set that automatically for you when asking to render the widget placeholder.

New in Seed 4 `.redacted(reason: .placeholder)` applies to `Image` as well.

In an upcoming seed the placeholder redaction will be automatically set for you on the widget root view by the system when requesting a placeholder. It’s a know issue noted in the release note:

We also have `.unredacted()` to disable redactions for sub-hierarchy. This modifier can be used in conjunction with the environment value if you want to display a different redaction text, say "--", instead of the one that the framework provides.

I think it's worth mentioning that there is an environment value to know if a view hierarchy is being redacted: `EnvironmentValue.redactionReasons`. It can be used for customizing other part of your view.

Yes, `EnvironmentValues.redactionReasons` is the one to use.

It was introduced as deprecated so that folks who sees the WWDC have a graceful migration path. You should use `.redaction(reason: .placeholder)`. There is also an environment value if you want to do further customization.
