I ssume that your booking was sent to your email inboy along with your booking details - when you purchased the ticket. Did you book through a third party, Lufthansa or United Airlines? /Lolo

With all special offers, there's a limited capacity for reduced award tickets. If unable to find a suitable availability during the online process, you may consider calling our Service Center. Colleagues there are able to check a broader time frame for seats. /Ina

Entschuldigen Sie! Grundsätzlich kann es unterschiedliche, meist operative Gründe für eine solche Änderung geben . Sofern es sich bei Ihnen um eine bezahlte Platzreservierung handelt, bei der der gebuchte Sitzplatzcharakter (z. Gang oder Fenster) nicht mehr eingehalten 1/2 /Yazz
