We all need to work together to get sugar out of every nook and cranny in our food system. Can you imagine paying for groceries and not having to walk through the forest of sugar to get to the cashier? Together we can do this!

This is a part of what has driven me to do other activities as well as GP. Love the GP job in many ways, and enjoy working hard... but working hard in a system that is designed to be a very efficient drug delivery production line can be maddeningly ineffective, wasteful & risky.

Good point I suspect people with T2D could learn such a lot from even a few weeks of the brilliant feedback the Libre system delivers This could be a game changer in Type 2 Diabetes What about this for your next achievement ?

No it’s a great question Because these infographics represent the Glycaemic load of a portion of food In part worked out from GI BUT the actual density of the carb is greater in rice than potatoes

No I'm not clapping. We should not be removing nutrient dense foods from our children's diets. Heme iron, zinc, selenium, iodine, long chain omega 3 DHA and EPA. Amino acids - all critical for growth and brain function. First do no harm?
