I don’t believe in voting for someone solely based on their gender and on that note would like to say that I am terrified of the women who have swung from Warren to Klobuchar. Who are you? What do you care about??

I have one data point, which was video of a woman melting down as she said the vote was stolen from women by Bernie supporters. It's possible that anger has reduced such people to a desperate need for validation in the form of the most powerful nation being lead by a woman. If -/

Identity politics for white women. They dont want anything to change structurally, they just want to see their face in the White House. ID politics to them is simply about representation and *seeing* diversity, regardless of who benefits or suffers. Theres a woman in the WH.

May be it is not based on gender . These 2 women would have always been their top 2 preference . They went with who had a better chance to win.

But why would they be their top two? Their policies are nothing alike. If you’re voting on policy, not gender, the logical switch is to Bernie.

Warren backed away from all her progressive ideals as the campaign went on. The people she picked up during that time or those who realized they weren’t that progressive anyway might have jumped to Amy cause she’s closer ideologically vs sanders as well as being a strong woman
