I’ve just written a debate piece for BJOG on this to be published in the next few months. To my mind the big question is how we can induce labour and retain normality. Cook catheter followed by home birth. Why not?

Agree. Same with propess, I have assisted several home-births of women that had IOL started in alongside midwifery unit and gave birth at home with their primary team🏠 increased safety when midwifery continuity team on call 24/7 in the community.
