Sourdough Socca Pizza🇫🇷Vegan Mozzarella, Fennel, Spanish Onion, Kalamata Olives, Sun-dried Toms, touch of garlic🌞 Socca is a thin crepe made with chickpea flour from the Côte d’Azur, topped with some of my favourite Med flavours.

Cannellini Hummus, Roast Spiced Squash + Fennel Plate - We loved this with some slivers of sunshine in the BHK. Served with a tahini and pomegranate sauce, fennel fronds and tasty black olives. Added fresh flatbreads and herby Cous Cous salad too😋✌️🌞

Raspberry delivery! Our neighbour grows huge bushes of amazing raspberries, they’re the most delicious rasps ever! So, lunch was Fluffy Sourdough, Oat & Maple Pancakes w/ Berry Compote. Simple stacks of happiness🌈✌️I also added some creme fraiche later💚😋

Last nights dinner in BHK..Whole grilled Asian bok choi, peanut + lime sauce, purple noodles in a rich miso and ginger broth, smoked chillies. We loved it!! Big bok choi from rubbed all over with a garlic, ginger, toasted sesame and Tamari paste, hot grill..

Moroccan Chickpea & Cous Cous Cake - Roasted Harissa chickpeas with a spiced cous cous, toasted almonds, raisins and vine tomatoes. We also have the fragrance of lemon zest, cumin, mint, garlic and extra virgin olive oil.
