This 👇, which is why I insist on teams using job stories or other techniques to first identify outcomes then go into resource design. Some groan at the thought of "extra work", but I remind them that all effort is wasted if no one uses your "instinctively designed API"

So true! Almost everything I teach in my API workshop is derived from previous ideas. Those with more experience often spot it and talk about it with me during breaks. My job is to make concepts from decades ago sound current so people will listen and apply
