“You only get to make a first impression once” “[when at an event, friends house, etc.] you aren’t just representing yourself, you’re also representing our family” Make a strong first impression and remember the way you carry yourself impacts others as well

Is there anything equivalent to "The $9 marketing stack" but for 2020? What are the cheapest & easiest ways to get customer feedback & market today?

That's an interesting idea, but it could potentially take the abstraction too far. Right now the source of truth for which providers my app supports is easily viewable: the object in [...auth].js. It could get confusing keeping track of multiple sources of provider definitions

This is next-auth’s super power. Adding ANY provider with 2 lines of code is insane

You're right, I exaggerated the # of steps. Still think it could be faster though!😄

Pretty counter intuitive to me that swiping left in the app is “go back” and not “traverse up the page hierarchy”. This means if I open the app to a page, swiping left does nothing (since no history) and to get to the parent page I need to do at least 3 clicks 😩

I’ve successfully deployed the “spray and pray” and “cold outreach” strategies and can vouch for them 😂 applied to 120+ internship programs before landing one junior year and landed my first job out of school off a cold email to the recruiter 🙌 worst they can say is no 😄

lol not sure how useful, but hopefully it is. The whole point of pip is that is's a pull system & the consumer can choose what version to use, so some type of auto-update functionality is counter to that. Best of luck! 😄

That way folks who have downloaded older versions of your client can still consume the API, just missing those new features. They can use pip to upgrade to a new version if they want to get the latest

Yeah typically you would version the server API, so then when you make breaking changes you increment the server version & then push a new client version to pypi that calls that server version

Is this because the client library (python lib installed via pip) is making a network request to the server? Therefore the server response isn't parsable by the client?

But yeah, we should all vote yes on prop A to solve challenges around “substance use disorder”, whatever that is 🙄
