DG COMP staff news: (i) Deputy Director General (DDG) for Mergers Carles Esteva Mosso to move to the vacant post of DDG for State aid; (ii) DDG for Antitrust Cecilio Madero Villarejo to take over Carles’ post. Both moves are in the interest of the service, effective 1 March 2019.
