The death of the magnificent Sirius Black. I love this character, and the fleeting promise of happiness and stability he brings to Harry’s life “when all of this over, we’ll be a real family”. The scene at the department of mysteries and his death at the Veil gets me every time.

I do think is so underrated: between the awesome Dumbledore’s army scenes (Expecto Patronum!), the Weasley twins fireworks extravaganza (my daughter’s favourite), some excellent villains in the faces of Dolores Umbridge & Bellatrix Lastrange but most of all...

To sum up the data, the Northern Ireland public are ready for abortion law reform. This support is not new. It confirms previous surveys. Alongside CEDAW inquiries it adds further weight to the call for Westminster to stop shirking it's responsibilities

Put on a dress to look mildly professional for a work meeting. On my way out I realise It has a child-related stain. I attempt to clean it with a baby wipe. I leave the house happy with myself only to realise that the stain persisted when I’m at the meeting already

Don’t we know that representation matters? Ie if someone that society perceives as an “other” is visible, their “otherness” becomes accepted by the mainstream. You’d think it’s elementary but we are reporting as if it’s news...

I’m degibetelg for the last option: linguistics can and should teach language awareness. Actually, only linguistically informed resources can do that.
