Don't you just hate it when customer service rings you back later regarding an issue and demand you hand over PII to pass their own security checks despite them ringing you? If someone rings you, never hand over memorable pass phases, they may be bad actors.

Have you had a data breach? My Halifax online account had been compromised recently and you are the only ones I gave login details for through Monzo App to show my credit card balance in the app. Luckily Halifax saw the transaction of £7.5K suspicious and blocked it.

My issue was solved after waiting for 30 minutes. Just tell whoever is in charge of the phone system to change it. The music isn't the worst bit. It is just that the announcements stop the music every 30 seconds so you constantly think someone is answering your call.

Your on-hold announcements are the most annoying than any other company. The same announcement repeats every 30s. When on hold for 30mins that means I've heard the same thing 60 times! I think telling me once to check your website to report a leak is enough! 🔫🤯🧠

I don't have an issue with my policy and my policy number won't help. Your website is the issue not allowing email addresses with a plus sign in it despite being perfectly valid. This needs reporting to your IT/Web department to fix. Please let me know when resolved.

Your new account system is shockingly bad. Won't allow auto-fill or copy-paste of account number but allows all other fields to be entered like that. Also, password is restricted to 16 characters... Bet you store it in plain text fixed-width field in the database?

It is fine. In the end, I entered a fake valid landline number to allow me to change my email. However, this needs reporting to your website developers to be fixed. Bit of oversight that everyone has a landline I guess.

Called to enquire about Mac Book Pro ban. On hold for over 30 minutes, then at 17:43 get cut off with a message saying your offices are closed at 5:30pm but your website says you are open till 19:00... What gives!?
