Since March, KY seniors have reported losing over $1 million to scams, a 1,400% increase from 2019. We’ve joined 44 attorneys general in urging Congress to pass Edith's Bill, amending the Victims of Crime Act to allow senior fraud victims to be eligible for Crime Victim's Funds.

We remain committed to an independent and thorough investigation into the death of Ms. Breonna Taylor. The investigation remains ongoing, and we currently await additional testing and analysis from federal partners, including a ballistics test from the FBI crime lab.
