Superb day of talks on His bundle and conduction system pacing. Wonderful to see the evolution of this approach. Key take home pointers for me: NSHBP vs RV myo, HBP with BBB & LV septal/LBB pacing

I agree, LBBP as CRT is used in our Centre when the could not be LV placed. This is not very often nowadays.

Very feasible procedure (better than HBP), acceptable procedure time (<60min), good pacing threshold and sensing values, very little complications, stable over time, maintains LV synchrony and potentially better than BIV pacing.

Great start of 2020. My first implant is again a nice case with LBB pacing. From now LBB pacing is the standard implantation procedure.

Female with OHCA and DCM. Typical LBBB. Fantastic result with HBP, 180ms —> 80ms with selective His capture and correction .0V. Worth the effort. However, LBBB correction with HBP remains cumbersome / long procedures, with unpredictable succes imo.
