Another twist! Prosecutors have added Michael Flynn’s SON to their roster of potential witness. Michael Flynn—who cut a plea deal, admitted to filing false lobbying forms, told 2 judges he fully understood, asked for extra time to testify at this trial—still on the outs.

Most significant part: Maryland and DC don't have standing! Appeals court points to Article III of Constitution. The judges weren't convinced that Maryland and DC businesses were truly harmed by Trump/Trump Int'l Hotel in DC. Link to opinion:
