So why is Netflix *finally* releasing select viewership numbers? Some of it is aimed at the Sandra Bullocks of the world — "make your stuff with us, it will get seen" — and some at Wall Street — "we have a lot of room to grow."

Last night, CBS' BULL returned with an all new episode for the first time since Dec. 10. It drew 7 million viewers and a 0.8 rating in the demo, right in line with season averages. Also, this was revealed during the brief winter hiatus:
