—good daily habits, in no order: drink tea. make your bed every morning. stretch. keep hydrated. journal. exercise. reduce ya screen time. ground if you can. clean up as you go. write down good ideas that pop up in your head. eat good foods. eat mindfully. have a set bedtime.
