Exactly. Also doesn't hurt to even use whatever feedback tool you have to get a feel for how people are feeling about the questions themselves. What better way to make your employees feel involved and matter than seeing their feedback being put to action?

A3 100%. Think of this process as an opportunity to build engagement in-and-of-itself. Do you ask relevant questions? Are you really listening? Do you communicate findings (+what you expect to do about it)? Do you follow through? You can build trust - or destroy it.
