We are setting up third engineering team in Stuttgart office. And I am about to move some teammates to newly formed team. I was wondering how to do it best. Then I found out... has article about it. It's called Manager Hand-offs. Thanks!

Anyone else review their own pull requests on GitHub before asking a colleague for a review? I find seeing my code in a different context makes me spot things I missed when in my editor.

#40 Not checking email is great, but sometimes you just want to send email when in flow. You open email client and 💥💥💥 dozens of emails waiting for you, shouting for your attention. Tip: Setup email client, that can't receive emails. There's also app for it.

#39 Reset expectations. Tell your coworkers that you are slow to respond. The reason "I need to prioritise important projects" should be sufficient. Some jobs require to be available, but most of the jobs don't. Use it as advantage.

If you fail the Zero Inbox in the end of the week, then just archive all the emails. There is pretty much Zero chance to answer these emails anyway. So let's be realistic.

#36 Do you like the Inbox Zero concept? I love it, but doing it daily feels like chore. How about doing it weekly?
