I think a lot about all the high-end rental buildings in marginal neighborhoods (say, 11th Ave/57th St) that were totally predicated on $10 Ubers. Who is going to rent here if you have to walk?

There's an easy bus on 57th. Really don't think any buildings are predicated on $10 Ubers. Plus several buildings out that way run shuttles
