The crazy thing is that people who are stranded with us say the same thing..."This happens frequently and just doesn't care". That is the sentiment of most people I talk to about them. You'd think they'd be ultra sensitive to that. But no, they really give zero effs.

I think should hire to help them with their customer service on digital. I am impressed with how civilly AC said GFY w/o actually swearing. Acting like my 1 day delay in getting home is not their issue and they don't really care to help.
