Yeah, as if the trends of tech advancement don’t apply to this field. Silly.

Yeah, this piece misses the boat in a few ways, not least of which is the fact that the “issues” raised are solvable (“where to send recycling!”). Everyone wants a “magic wand” solution & doesn’t seem to appreciate that any solutions will likely need to be incremental.

I liked Justice League. It was a fun entertainment. (That said, I haven't gone back since the theater.) But yeah, the Superman theme is ridonkulously awesome. You ever hear the story of Donner's reaction to hearing it the first time?

And at just the point I looked at this, my dog jumped up and started barking at the window for no reason. Timing is everything.

I very much disliked that movie when I saw it in theaters. A part of me demands a rewatch so many years later just to see if I was just in a bad mood.

Just FTR I don’t have any actual confirmation that people I know online aren’t vampires. I’m keeping my guard up, thank you very much.

About 48 years ago, a guy fell down. He was a bit hurt, but ultimately, he was OK. But for nearly three decades, that stumble appeared on American television every single week. For much of that time, he was completely unaware of his fame.
