ULID is more for distribution and sorting IMO?

Oh god no that would be a terrible user experience to flip user sessions. That would really suck UX wise.

The notification are weird for typing as well because sometimes the typing indicator goes away and then poof a giant wall of text appears.

iPhone X on iOS 13.3 running Discord 3.1.9 I think.
An alternative I would really love is just being able to install 2 Discord apps lol. Just publish another one in the App Store :P I understand it’s a lot of work to add a multi-user UX that is easy to use. I just want 2 icons

@discordapp please support multiple accounts on iOS at some point and please fix your notifications. Probably 90% of notifications never get to me.

Is there a way on iOS to install multiple versions for an app that doesn’t support multiple logins so you can run more than one instance?

@apolloreddit Any chances you’re going to implement chat or chat channels? The official reddit app chat is sooooo bad and it’s notifications don’t show up or don’t mark as read properly. I would looove for you to make a great chat experience :)

Because there is a difference between multiple differing raft implementations, sharing all the same raft implementation, or even all the bits on top. Lots of variances there at play. I do not remember hearing Consul used etcd

While all raft implementations will suffer from whatever drawbacks raft implies (caveat they might not all strictly follow the paper or might deviate in various ways) is it true Consul and Rook actually dep on etcd as “etcd is used in a lot of projects”?

I don’t think consul uses etcd, does it not use it’s own consensus protocol? It doesn’t depend on etcd service as far as I know. Rook I have no idea.
