I'm no scientist, but seems like resonance energizes a field around the interacting elements while chemistry leads to a response within each of the elements and the field is not much affected.

Yes, if based on assumption that I am the same, irrespective of the envt. If the fact that the envt affects me is considered, chances are the person will find his/her 'right' place even in large org.

Maybe hero (courtesy pop culture) means larger than life and hence unachievable and unreal. Real life with its real heroes is unreal to those bound by fixed notions of what is acceptable as reality.

Funny how I was thinking exactly the same, how most devpt plans and training try to fix/change traits without looking at why and how they emerge in the first place. Probably bcos personality assessments & trg are most rapidly commercialized in capitalism
