What was the library for which the Go to Implementation didn't work? We'll have a closer look at it. From TypeScript's perspective, a d.ts (or .ts) file is the source of truth that's why the IDE also navigates from a .ts file to .ts definition in the first place.

Selecting a default way to open a project in Preferences | Appearance and Behavior | System Settings should help. Let us know if it doesn’t.

We also believed (and still believe actually) that the code should not change when you save it, but we’ve decided that we need to respect the this common workflow 🤷‍♀️

Sure, it supports all new features in TypeScript 3.7. The question was about using prettier in WebStorm with TS 3.7.

Sorry, I’m away till Tuesday without my laptop so can’t check :( We have this bug report: and it seems that removing the .ignore plugin solves the problem. If it doesn’t, can you please share a detailed error message - I’ll send it to the colleagues.

Hi, can you please point me to the issue about multiple alternatives for aliases in webpack 5 ()? I'm wondering about the use cases. Would help the WebStorm team to better understand how we can support that. Thanks!

hi, it’s a second day in a raw I’m trying to verify my docs - the app disconnects me all the time even though I’m using a totally stable and strong WiFi connection. I’ve made dozens of attempts! The “verify later” action did nothing for me. What should I do?

Hi, did you know that all WebStorm features are also available in RubyMine? You might need to install some plugins, e.g. Angular or Vue.js, but these are actually the same plugins that are available out of the box in WebStorm 😉

Many of these things are actually implemented like that by design (e.g. logging out from the app) and it results in really awful overall experience. Maybe if I had used iCloud passwords, it would have been better, but not sure...
