Looking at your video again I notice it is the Fedora Linux distro. So yeah you are absolutely right to be concerned. It should not show up on your screen like that unless one of your tv provider boxes got corrupted and needs replacing or something else sinister is going on.

Fedora is the Linux OS that is on your DVR and Cambridge is the name of the Fedora version. Your DVR must have tried to update its firmware and something went wrong. 😉✨
