Have you tried Mefanamic Acid.. my doctor prescribes them to me for the pain and they definitely help.. Hope you’re feeling better soon xx

Hysterectomy is NOT a cure, I made that mistake & still suffer daily with adhesions in my abdomen & mostly my bowel. It effects every part of my life but thanks for speaking out any light shone on this disease can only be a good thing. X

Me too.... adhesions can be a massive pain! Sometimes it feels like everything left inside is being pulled apart, or I have intense burning or bruised sensations in my abdomen....but even that is better than I was before..... endo is not fun! Xx

It's horrendous. I've had treatments galore for this,,,,,,but what was the best for me was coming off wheat and processed foods for a year; drinking Actimel, taking Selenium vitamins everyday this helped me after years of this. No pain now.
