I make good chicken makhani (butter chicken) and I have all the spices but no chicken. Slight problem. LOL

And yes, tandoori meats of all kinds are flavorful but mild. You can get raita (a yogurt cucumber sauce) to cool it down (like sour cream).

Saag (a spinach based sauce) is good with chicken or lamb....chicken tikka masala is always a favorite (tomato cream sauce, mild)
