3rd Strike has many frames, so even if frames are interpolated, they should look almost the same...maybe.

Would need to see it played at the in-game speed (likely cutting the frames in half) before making any serious judgments.
While it's a neat trick, it'll never replace properly animated art.

I dunno... I think it (potentially) could but with an important caveat: can't get that kind of tweening effect working without relying exclusively on strong keyframes to hold the whole structure together.
The fact that the effect can exist *at all* is testament 2 the keyframes.
