There are certainly markdown files around that include all the different possible elements. Since this is a Gatsby theme, you can shadow the main page component to reorder or add whatever

Theme UI doesn't do anything special with page layouts at the moment, but you can use the markup from react-layouts like this

I might be misunderstanding, but the usage of the Gatsby plugin shouldn’t change anything about the layout - you will need to add the pragma if you’re using the sx prop, tho

You don’t need a global style to reset this – probably better to add `margin: 0` to the components styles before the system functions
