April, one of our volunteers, has been busy working on our book of stories, which we aim to publish pretty soon. She has done fantastic work on the book cover and the individual bio pages, don't you think?

We are collecting again and we need: - books - toys: for boys, for girls, blocks, legos, and anything else that encourages creativity - jigsaw puzzles - games and sports equipment - stationery of all sorts, but pens and pencils, paper and card and glitter, gems, stickers the most

The wonderful Saturday Club was hard at it again. Yesterday was our first book-packing day for the next, the 4th, library. We've already packed over 7,500 books in the winter, and yesterday, we've added further 3,120. Making the accumulative total to 10,694 so far.

Books have an amazing power as do people who read them. - Malalani children visited our existing library while engaging in some sport activities, while Salim was described as a 'Hero' by Jay. Read on and I challenge you not to feel touched.

Those of you that follow our stories know that one of our biggest problems when we do our libraries in Kenya is the off loading of the container from the lorry. We tried tying it to a tree and our chains broke. We tried using front loader...

Preparing for our next shipment is proving to be more and more complex. But we are receiving so much support, we are sure the 40ft container will be loaded in no time at al. Well in 3 hours anyway.
