Thanks everyone for the suggestions. It's an issue of obstacles people might face. I know many of the mutual support networks are good for this. But nurses need similar options that doctors & sports folks have to get them in the door

. gives some really good advice to a crowded room. If someone says ‘it’s none of your business’ when asking about alcohol consumption link it to all the health risks. Also suggests less threatening if ask towards the end.

Drugs & private prisons - terrible combination. Solutions to consider: 1. Abstinence wings (prison, not feathers) 2. End private prison contracts. 3. End custodial sentences for non violent drug users. What do you think?
